Woman ‘fleeced recycling firm out of £25,000’
A woman today (thurs) denied embezzling over £25,000 from the recycling company she worked for. Parveen Nahoor, 33, allegedly swindled her employer, First Mile Limited, between 2016 and 2019. Nahoor is said to have submitted fake invoices to the recycling and waste management firm, which were all payable to herself. She also requested salary payments of other employees to bank accounts that she controlled and even falsified a cheque of £12,960 for her own financial gain. Prosecutor Fiona Martin said…
