Fine for asbestos leak

A property investment firm owned by one of Britain’s richest families has been fined £180,000 for an ‘uncontrolled release’ of asbestos during building work. Cadogan Estates, owned by billionaire Earl Cadogan, failed to manage the risk of the deadly substance at Rosetti Studios, Flood Street, Chelsea, in June 2015.
