Nurse admits drugs blunder

A nurse accused of muddling up the prescription of a patient who died has admitted wrongfully administering drugs. Magdalena Starzynska, 37, accepted she gave patient Roger Allardyce the sedative Midazolam when she was not authorised to do so. She denied confusing Mr Allardyce with another patient by the name of Roger Sutton and mixing up their prescriptions.
