4×4 pensioner ‘didn’t see’ cyclist in hi-vis jacket

A careless pensioner killed a cyclist when her 4×4 ‘drifted’ into his bike as he cycled to work, a court heard. Joan Martino, 71, hit 58-year-old Christopher Holt in her blue Toyota Rav 4 on the busy Rainham Road, Hornchurch, Essex, at 6:45am.
