  A partially blind man who sexual assaulted a woman while working as a volunteer at a centre for the visually impaired has been given a suspended sentence. Sabaradnam Sivaseelan, 55, took the ‘vulnerable’ victim into an unoccupied IT room after offering to help her with her touch typing.
