Sneaky thief jailed for targeting tourists

A prolific Chilean thief who came to the UK to steal from wealthy tourists across London was jailed for three years and eight months. Emilio Guerrero-Sepulveda, 63, was captured on CCTV sneaking up to grab the bag of a customer at Monica Vinader jewellers in Mayfair.
