Antiques dealer’s £30,000 rampage

An antiques dealer who went on a £30,000 rampage after workmen blocked his gate was spared jail. Luciano Gulshan, 35, destroyed the workers’ van by reversing his delivery vehicle into it repeatedly on 7 October 2020.
