A female police officer put her hand up a woman’s skirt after complimenting her on her body,a court heard. PC Rachel Bright, 45, attached to the South West Command Unit, allegedly assaulted the woman after drinking Prosecco on a night out in Wandsworth, southwest London, last 5 December.
