£250k paid to Queen’s Club was proceeds of huge mortgage fraud

One of Britain’s most famous tennis clubs has lost a £250,000 investment after a judge ruled the cash came from a huge mortgage fraud. Achilleas Kallakis, 54, sank the cash into the Queens Club as a debenture, Southwark crown court.
