Three cyber criminals who plugged their illegal website on underfire app Telegram ‘opened the door’ for fraudsters to target thousands of bank customers, a court heard. Callum Picari, 22, Vijayasidhurshan Vijayanathan, 21, and Aza Siddeeque, 19, ran www.OTP.Agency, enabling scammers to circumvent banking anti-fraud checks.
