Killer of father-of-eight detained in psychiatric hospital

A knifeman who stabbed a father-of-eight to death in a ‘heinous’ attack will be detained in a psychiatric hospital. Muhamed Nur Osman, 30, was originally charged with the murder of Billy Keegan, 50, but the charge was dropped after doctors agreed he was psychotic.
