Rabbi accuser flees court in tears

A young woman who claims she was sexually assaulted by a Golders Green rabbi rushed from the court in tears as she was accused of being a shoplifter. Chaim Halpern, 68, charged under his English name Aaron, is accused of inappropriately touching the complainant as she sought ‘Halachic’ advice – religious guidance, at his synagogue.
