Accused flasher ‘too ill to enter a plea’

A flasher who exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl may be too ill to enter a plea, a court heard. Saleem Habib, 58, is said to have exposed himself in Morden, south London on 4 August. His lawyer claims he may be too unwell to enter a plea to the allegation and asked District Judge Andrew Sweet for more time.
