Accused flasher ‘too ill to enter a plea’

A flasher who exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl may be too ill to enter a plea, a court heard. Saleem Habib, 58, is said to have exposed himself in Morden, south London on 4 August. His lawyer claims he may be too unwell to enter a plea to the allegation and asked District Judge Andrew Sweet for more time. Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court heard Habib takes medicine for schizophrenia and is difficult to communicate with even in his native tongue…
