Jail for Angelo Fichele, who soiled his cell after bizarre street rampage

A suspect staged a dirty protest in a police cell after a bizarre rampage, a court heard. On 19 January, police received several 999 calls reporting Angelo Fichele, 44, who was topless in Welland Road, Dogsthorpe, Peterborough, brandishing what was thought to be a knife and frightening people.
