April trial for woman accused of murdering sister

A woman accused of stabbing her film director sister to death and taking her diamond encrusted Rolex watch will stand trial next month. Nancy Pexton, 69, slashed and stabbed Jennifer Abbott, also 69, in the neck on 10 June last year, it is said.
