Climate change protester Phoebe Plummer walks free again

Two Just Stop Oil activists who plotted to bring the M25 to a standstill have walked free from court. Jobless JSO ‘poster girl Phoebe Plummer, 23, and David Mann, 51, were part of a group of 45 demonstrators who scaled gantries to protest about oil and gas licences in November 2022.
