Diamond swindlers fleeced more than 100 victims

A diamond fraudster who swindled more than 100 elderly investors out of £2.5m has been jailed for nearly four years. David Shivmangal, 48, and company director Glenn Ward, 52, helped run Carter Stamford as a front for the ‘boiler room’ fraud operation, between January 2014 and 2 March 2016.
