A carpenter and father of three daughters who loitered around train stations to take pictures up women’s skirts has been spared jail. Luis Ortega, 66, who is from Ecuador, took one picture of a woman’s while she was waiting for the Hammersmith and City Line at London Kings Cross on 31 August 2024.
