Fraudster fights extradition because Moldovan prisons smell bad

A Romanian accountant accused of defrauding thousands of pounds from her employer is fighting extradition to Moldova because prison conditions there are ‘inhospitable.’ Marcela Bliuc, 43, allegedly wrote fake expenses claims for 293,265MDL (£12,000) while working as the chief accountant for stone fabrication company SRL Euromarble in Moldova.
