A van driver is facing years behind bars after he killed a university graduate by driving on the wrong side of of a dual carriageway in a police chase. Grace Payne, 21, was passenger in a minicab when Ashley Loveday, 38, crashed into it head-on the east bound A13 in Dagenham at 2.35am on 25 November last year.
