The family of a cameraman who died after accidentally overdosing on painkillers have called for an end to the ‘unregulated’ online pharmacy industry. Stewart Hadfield, 41, died at his south London home with fatal levels of opiate dihydrocodeine in his blood while trying to battle depression and skeletal problems.
