Handcuff row knifeman will be detained in hospital

A knifeman who stabbed his neighbour in a ‘frenzied’ attack after he refused to be handcuffed will be detained in a high security hospital. Joseph Franczek, 32, plunged a knife into Haroun Naroui more than eight times on 22 June last year in Adstock House on the Sutton Estate in Islington, north London. Mr Naroui was a carer for his sister and lived with her and his nephew on the estate. The court heard he would have bled to death…
