Homeless men set on fire in their sleeping bags

A firebug is facing jail after he set two homeless men ablaze as they slept. Montel Nowhia-Job, 24, torched the victims’ sleeping bags in George Street and nearby Surrey Street, Croydon in the early hours of 10 June 2019. Paramedics treated the men, Andy Hillerby and Mauricy Malczewski, for minor burns but fortunately they were not seriously injured.
