Infamous phone plucker Sonny Stringer handled the loot from £500,000 raid

A thief known as ‘London’s most notorious phone snatcher’ has admitted handling designer goods stolen during a £500,000 smash-and-grab spree. Sonny Stringer, 30, was jailed for two years in 2024 after he used an e-bike to steal 24 phones in one morning. Stringer admitted handling stolen goods at Inner London Crown Court after gang members stole £500,000 worth of luxury items during a series of ram-raids across the West End.
