An Isle of Wight hotel manager evaded paying VAT and money laundered nearly £400,000 over a three year period, a court heard. Martin Hill, 50, who now lives in Spain, fraudulently evaded paying VAT and transferred £394,000 from three hotel businesses into different bank accounts, between March 2013 and September 2016, it is claimed.
