A pensioner who terrorised a lollipop lady outside Jacob Rees-Mogg’s prep school was jailed for 10 months today (tues). Mukesh Vala, 66, shouted vile abuse at Westminster Under School crossing attendant Julie Khames leaving her too terrified to work.
