Midwife sobs over baby death

  A nurse at a scandal-hit maternity ward broke down in tears and apologised for letting her practise ‘go over the boundaries of midwifery.’ Tuija Roussel was working on the Loveridge Ward at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital in Guernsey when Baby A was born just after midnight on 30 January 2014.
