Muslim convert spread terror from his prison cell

A convicted killer distributed terrorist magazines from his cell at a maximum security prison, a court heard. Muslim convert Denny De-Silva, 31, is serving a life sentence for a gangland hit in 2015. He shot Romario Green, 20, with a shotgun at close range in Wembley, northwest London. De-Silva fled to Spain before being captured and jailed for a minimum of 27 years in 2016.
