NHS Direct nurse insists she did nothing wrong

An NHS Direct nurse who failed to call an ambulance for a man who took a paracetamol overdose insisted she did nothing wrong, a tribunal heard. Daisy Chipunza said a ‘frantic’ patient who believed a seizure was imminent was just ‘pouring his heart out’, the Nursing and Midwifery Council heard.
