Nurse repeatedly slapped patient over the head

A nurse who repeatedly slapped a vulnerable patient on the head following a heated argument has been struck off. Louis Tshimuanga was caught hitting the man across the head while working at the Tower Hamlets Centre for Mental Health in east London on 27 March 2018.
