A plain-clothes police officer accused of shoving a handcuffed Bell’s Palsy sufferer’s face repeatedly into a wall appeared in court today (thurs). Gareth Knight, 37, also allegedly head-butted William Kelly after arresting him for alleged drugs possession in Brixton, south London on January 30.
