A Parliamentary worker who claims she was sexually assaulted by a former Tory MP wept as she insisted he shoved his hand down her bra. The woman, in her 20s, alleges Charlie Elphicke groped her twice in the Palace of Westminster in 2016. The former Dover MP, 49, is also accused of sexually assaulting a woman at his Belgravia townhouse in 2007.
