Nurse mixed up patients because they were both called ‘Roger’

A Polish nurse muddled up two patients and injected one with the other’s painkillers because they were both called ‘Roger,’ a court heard. Roger Allardyce, 78, died four days after Magdalena Starzynska, 37, administered the wrong patient with the anaesthetic Midazolam.
