Pension manager ‘carried out £1 fraud with his wife’

  A pension fund manager was helped by his wife to steal more than £1 million from one of richest local authorities in the country, a court heard. Ian Woodall, 45, siphoned off £1,075,375.34 from Westminster City Council between 2009 and 2012, it is claimed.
