Serial flasher laughs as court hears how he has terrorised dozens of women

A serial flasher who has been banned from standing near women laughed as he appeared in court. Somali Abdi Yousef, 50, was caught flashing in east London last October and fined just £200. Yousef, who was arrested again on 3 July for exposing himself, has four previous convictions, including three for sexual offences.
