Sister claims cops punched teenager in the face

  A 14-year-old boy smashed his head on a radiator after he was punched in the face by a police officer, a court heard. PC Paul Hyland, 34, allegedly attacked the teenager after arresting him on suspicion of robbery as he lay in bed at his home in Poplar, east London.
