Uber driver denies baby murder
An Uber driver accused of killing his eight-week-old son has denied murder.
Abdoul Boudabes, 39, is said to have attacked baby Tyrone Boudabes at their home in Plumstead, southeast London, on 16 September 2016.
The child died in hospital four days later.
Boudabes was arrested and charged with murder on 24 May this year.
He appeared at the Old Bailey today (weds) to plead not guilty to the single allegation.
The father, originally from the Ivory Coast, came to the UK in 2001.
Judge Anthony Leonard QC extended his bail ahead of the trial, which is currently fixed for 19 November and expected to last up to three weeks.
