Worker ‘nicked 100k from charity’

A Marie Stopes employee pocketed almost £100,000 from the charity by submitting false expenses and requesting refunds from suppliers. Robert McCarthy, 42, submitted false expenses and requesting refunds from suppliers and paid them into his personal Lloyd’s bank account between July 3, 2015 and September 18, 2017, Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court heard.
