Teenager ‘stabbed father in car’

A teenager accused of stabbing a father-of-three to death has been remanded in custody. Zion Chiata, 18, appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court after he was charged yesterday with murder and possession of a bladed article. Gavin Garraway, 40, was stabbed while driving a car near Clapham Common station on 29 March. Emergency services attended the 40-year-old but Mr Garraway later died at the scene.
