11k bill for the dead rat bakery

A businessman who allowed his award-winning hipster bakery to become infested with rats has been hit with a £11,400 court bill. Hammersmith and Fulham inspectors found a dead rat, gnawed bags of flour and rodent droppings when they inspected the Slow Bread Company’s kitchens under railway arches in Stamford Brook.
