£200k fraudsters walk free

Two fraudsters behind an investment scam that swindled members of the public out of hundreds of thousands of pounds have walked free. Lee Cannon 37 was a director of Global Capital Wealth, a company that sold investment opportunities to members of the public. In 2014 and 2015 the company sold a scam investment called ‘Horizon’ to six members of the public, who between them invested over £200k.
