Bungee cord horror for bus garage worker

A bus garage engineer plunged to his death after a bungee cord snapped as he worked at alone on the top of a diesel tank, a court heard. Michael Porter, 56, fell backwards off a ladder while cleaning the tank at the Peckham bus garage in southeast London on 26 May 2011.
