Perverted masseur carried on working for 16 years

A masseur jailed for sexually assaulting two women 16 years ago has been allowed to continue giving massages ever since, a court heard. Mal Weeraratne, 69, was handed a three year prison sentence in 2005 after a jury convicted him of two charges of indecent assault. He owned a Chelsea beauty salon which counted the sister-in-law of film star Ralph Fiennes amongst its exclusive clientele.
