A Yardie who subjected an American businesswoman t

A Yardie who subjected an American businesswoman to a three
day kidnap ordeal of savage violence and sickening sexual
attacks was today Thursday jailed for 10 years.

Police believe Eldon ‘Patrick’ Brown, 25, led the terrifying
abduction to make her reveal the whereabouts of a rival member of
the Yardies – the feared West Indian ‘Mafia’.

Brown, his sister Pam Pinnock, and two other men captured the
woman from a friend’s home in Harrington Hill, Clapton, and held
her hostage for three days at a series of East End flats.

The 40-year-old victim was punched, kicked and had a loaded
gun pointed at her head to force her to perform sickening sex
acts on Brown.

The details of the indecent assault, which visibly appalled
the jury, was described by one hardened detective as the worst
he had ever seen.

The woman was so certain she was about to die that she made a
desperate plunge from the window of the fourth floor flat where
she was imprisoned.

She fractured her pelvis and four verterbrae and broke her
ankle in the fall, which has caused permanent physical and
mental scarring.

She was rescued outside the flat on the Holly Street Estate,
Hackney, on November 23 last year.

Pinnock was jailed for 10 years last year for her part in the
attack.

The two other kidnappers have still escaped justice.

Brown, of Coningham Road, Shepherds Bush, denied kidnap,
false imprisonment, causing grievous bodily harm, indecent
assault and possessing a firearm.

His claim to innocence was rejected by an Old Bailey jury and
he was found guilty of the charges.

Brown was cleared of
robbery.

Judge Brian Capstick QC told him: ‘The indecent assault was
one of the worst I have ever come across.

‘
Brown showed no flicker of emotion as he was sentenced to 10
years jail.

The victim, from New York, later said she was ‘very happy’
with the sentence.

‘I’ll be able to sleep better in my bed because of it.

‘I’ll never get over it.

I’m walking with a limp because of a
punk like that.

‘I tried to forgive him but I can’t.

‘
Outside court, an officer who specialises in the Yardies said
the attack was apparently motivated by a violent clash between
two rival sections of the gang.

A story about a pnds stlng 10,000 debt owed to Pinnock by the
victim was just a smokescreen to hide the real reason for the
abduction – the whereabouts of the missing gangmember, he said.
