‘Bog Beast’ spied on women at Rita Ora gig

A pervert who was once caught filming women in the toilet during a Rita Ora gig has been jailed for 14 months for an identical offence at a railway station.

Jordan Foster, 25, entered the ladies loo on the main concourse of Leeds station on 8 July.

A 20-year-old woman was about to leave the cubicle when she saw the flash of a camera.

To her horror she looked up and saw Foster leaning over from the cubicle next door with a phone in his hand.

The victim left the cubicle and alerted other women in the toilets before Foster emerged.

She challenged him, asking him to hand over his mobile but Foster ran off.

Foster, of Sheepscar, Leeds, was later arrested following a British Transport Police investigation.

He admitted voyeurism and breaching his Sexual Harm Prevention Order at Leeds Crown Court.

Foster was jailed 14 months, handed a seven year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and must sign on the Sex Offenders’ Register for seven years.

In November 2020 he was jailed for two years and five months, and made subject to a 10-year SHPO after he was caught filming women in the toilet at a Rita Ora concert at the First Direct Arena in Leeds.

He had admitted five counts of voyeurism, threatening behaviour and criminal damage.

Foster also admitted robbing a woman in the female toilets of Wakefield Westgate Railway Station.

Investigating officer DC Gregg Whittaker said of Foster’s latest offence: ‘This was a disgusting invasion of privacy – the victim was justifiably left shaken, upset and violated by Foster’s actions.

‘The fact that Foster was in breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order he had received for a previous offence meant a custodial sentence was inevitable.

‘I hope his time in jail will give him the opportunity to reflect on his sordid behaviour, the impact on his victim and ultimately prevent him from reoffending.’
