Burglar accused of double murder

An alleged burglar accused of murdering an elderly woman and her brother nearly 30 years ago will stand trial next month. Ann Castle, 74, and her brother William Bryan, 71, were found dead and sitting side by side in chairs at an address in Clare Street, Bethnal Green, east London, in August 1993.
