A businessman accused of dishonestly obtaining £100,000 in bounce-back government loans appeared in court charged with fraud today (mon). Jason Weeks, 46, allegedly submitted two applications for £50,000 to NatWest and Metro bank as a director at Loxton Electrical Holdings and Shield UK. Weeks, of College Close, Twickenham, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court facing two charges of fraud by false representation.
