Death threats for magistrates
A thug told magistrates: ‘Wait until I get out of jail you silly c****. You three are dead’ after he was locked up today (Thurs).
Sinjon Figueira, 33, had an eight-week suspended sentence activated for damaging police property, using threatening language and failing to comply with police orders.
As he was removed from the dock at Westminster Magistrates he shouted abuse at the Magistrates’ chair Diane Lennan and Michael Kirkpatrick and Sally Cannon, who sat beside her.
Figueira shouted: ‘You can’t say one thing then do another. It was done.
‘You wait until I get out of jail, you silly c****. You three are dead.’
He was then led to the cell by a police officer.
Figueira damaged a vehicle belonging to the Metropolitan police at Charing Cross station on February 19.
When he was was taken into custody he urinated and spat in the detention cage and shouted: ‘I don’t give a f***’.
Chidi Ikwuakolam, prosecuting, said: ‘He has been accused of 88 offences, 45 of which have been charged.
‘He damaged a Met police vehicle and urinated in the detention cage.
‘The area needed cleaning up.’
The Magistrates’ Chair said: ‘You have breached your suspended sentence order.
‘Your approach to the police officer was unacceptable, as was your threatening behaviour.’
Figueira, of no fixed address, admitted two counts of damaging police property, using threatening or abusive language causing alarm and distress and failing to comply with a police order.
