A driver who struck and killed an airport worker as he used his mobile phone has been jailed for eight months. Shahriyar Mahoutchian, 40, jumped a red light in his Vauxhall Astra and ploughed into Mohammed Osman, 28, in Bath Road, near Heathrow Airport in west London, on 10 April 2019.
